Here, you will make an impact by:Collaborating with Global HCBG stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to define a roadmap for ERP deployment and capabilitiesLeading the deployment of ERP Solutions for Market-To-Cash processes across AMERICA/LATAM countries  , ensuring proper preparation phase and country readinessAct as the key liaison between Area functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication, change acceptance and timely delivery of ERP solutions.Contribute to define best practices for ERP Deployment and  user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process.Monitor and assess the performance of ERP systems post-deployment, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing issues to optimize system functionality and user experience on an Area  scale.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies  in a private, public, government or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years Project Management in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven Experience in Customer Facing and/or Sales&Marketing Projects ManagementProven Experience for deploying ERP a private, public, government or military environmentAbility to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographies Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to drive decisions across all levels of the organizationStrong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in person and remote work environments  Change management and process improvement experienceStrong Change management ,  communication skills, Business and process acumen, and analytical SkillsPrior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt  and/or Project ManagerWork location:Hybrid - Maplewood, MNTravel: May include up to 40% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
