As a Quality Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This role will be critical to secure seamless IT Operations across all globally deployed Quality Management capabilities and applications.

You will become part of our IT team which is focused on standing up the Solventum IT organization, including exiting TSA agreements, deploying new global applications, and standing up a new global ERP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the deployment of S4 Hana Quality Management functionality at Solventum manufacturing plants
  • Supporting the global design of the ERP system, including business analysis, requirements definition, testing, and training
  • Collaborating across business groups and functions to ensure readiness activities are understood and on track to meet target timelines
  • Implementing change across the global organization to standardized processes and capabilities
  • Supporting Solventum strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a minimum of seven (7) years of private, public, government, or military environment experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and Nurse Licensure (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Licensure with a minimum twelve (12) private, public, government, or military environment experience
  • Minimum of 5 years prior SAP ERP support experience
  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a Quality Management role
  • Minimum of 5 years prior Project Management experience
