Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the global Accounts Payable team and manage BPO operationsDeveloping and implementing the global Accounts Payable strategyDetermining priorities and performance goals and aligning resources to deliver results and operational excellenceSupporting the company ERP deployment strategy and ensuring implementation of the AP process and readiness of the AP and BPO teamsBe the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable and the key contact for Solventum leadersYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Accounts Payable operations leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:5 years of proven leadership and management of global and/or area AP operations teams5 years of experience in SAP based Accounts Payable process5 years of collaborating with and/or managing BPO / Shared Service operationsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master’s degree in finance, accounting, operations management from an accredited institution3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance operations5 years of leading diverse, multi-cultural teams in a private, public, government or military environmentSkills include cross functional collaboration, attention to detail, data driven decision making, driving transformational change, effective communicationWork location: Remote – United States Travel: May include up to 20-25% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
