Blueprint Spirits Sales Representative

What you will be doing / Essential job duties:
Develop and leverage effective customer relations and promote the goodwill of the Company
Successful sale, distribution and placement of all products in on premise and off premise accounts
Effective accounts receivable collections within corporate credit policy
Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis and also when directed
Develop new accounts and new placements, driving growth in current accounts and opening up opportunities for relationships in new accounts
Organize and execute point of sale materials at all accounts, properly merchandising with permanent and paper POS
Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries
Execute monthly and quarterly goals as related to business activities
Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned territory
Assist in the development and expansion of the product portfolio
Handle deliveries, as needed
Identify sales opportunities for all spirits and wine brands
Assist in the selling of the entire Craft Massachusetts' portfolio when applicable
Maintain thorough knowledge of territory and market conditions
Work alongside general sales team to field and follow up on leads, consult on beverage programs, and be available for supplemental tasting appointments and product information
Execute specific programs and work with supplier brands, as assigned
Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for...
A passion for spirits and desire to educate, influence, and sell
Fulfillment maintaining and developing relationships
Self drive and motivation to achieve personal and company goals
B.S. or B.A. required
WSET certification preferred
1 or more years experience selling spirits
1 or more years experience in sales preferred
Availability Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Participation in evening / weekend strategic promotional events
Access to personal vehicle to navigate assigned territory; mileage reimbursement provided
