Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and grow sales within your territory, ensuring that our products are always well-stocked and prominently displayed.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Understand and meet the needs of each customer to drive sales growth.Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.Route Management:Manage an established route, ensuring timely delivery of products to various retail locations, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other outlets.Plan and organize daily route schedule for optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.Product Management:Ensure all products are properly stocked, displayed, and rotated to maintain freshness and maximize sales.Monitor inventory levels, and handle product returns and exchanges as necessary.Sales Growth:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.Implement sales promotions and marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and route updates to the Sales Manager.Qualifications:Experience:Previous experience in sales, route sales, or delivery driving preferred.Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently.Basic math skills for handling sales transactions and inventory management.Requirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Benefits:Competitive salary with commission opportunities.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan.Paid time off and holidays.Employee discounts on company products.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Thank you for your interest in joining our team At Dieffenbach's we strive to create an inclusive and innovative workplace where everyone can thrive.
