Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Route Supervisor to lead our operations team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless branch and route operations.

About the Role
  • Timely and quality service delivery to customers, adhering to company standards.
  • Address escalated customer issues by collaborating with the Branch Manager.
  • Oversee safe branch and route operations, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Train and empower Service and Sales Representatives for success.
  • Collaborate with branch management on route-related matters.
  • Manage customer AR accounts and contribute to individual revenue goals.
  • Drive a company vehicle and maintain hands-on involvement in the field.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to deliver exceptional customer support.
What You'll Gain
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Estimated Salary: $72,000 (based on annual pay, commission, guaranteed overtime, and on-call)

Requirements
  • Proven leadership abilities with a self-starter mindset.
  • Sales experience or a strong sales drive is essential.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with DOT/EPA regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead teams effectively.
