We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our branch. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality service delivery to customers, addressing escalated customer issues, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives. Additionally, they will oversee safe branch and route operations, train and empower Service and Sales Representatives, and manage customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective service delivery, adhering to company standards.
  • Address customer complaints, working closely with the Branch Manager.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Service and Sales Representatives.
  • Collaborate with management on route-related matters.
  • Manage customer accounts, contributing to revenue goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and productivity.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary starting at $72,000 (based on annual pay) consisting of $21 per hour, 2.5% commission on total hand sales, guaranteed overtime, and on-call compensation.
