Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of the sterile processing associates to ensure adherence to local policies, procedures, and guidelines/standards from regulatory agencies.Oversee decontamination, assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments using Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards.Oversee and complete preparation of all case carts as required by following local inventory standards.Evaluate and document quality assurance program findings and coaches team toward improving regular audit outcomes.
