They are a well-established, forward-thinking, inclusive, and people-first firm with over 50 years of business success.Job DescriptionThe Project Executive will be responsible for:Client experience and satisfactionFinancial performance of projectProject performance, including schedule, quality, safety, and budget controlTeam performanceProject risk assessment and managementResponsible for the client and assigned project(s), and our performance of those projects from preconstruction through post-construction.Build and maintain relations with existing and prospective clients.Frequent and direct contact with the client, ensuring that the completed project meets all requirements necessary to satisfy the client and fulfill the contract.Develop project goals and monitor program and project performance.Ensure that project milestones and goals are met and are adhering to company standards.Lead the project teams and direct external consultants, enforce project requirements and compliance with laws and regulations, troubleshoot problems, and ensure job site safetyPerform necessary administrative activities associated with projects and corporate functions, submitting appropriate reports timely, clearly, and accurately.Lead, develop, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure the team's and projects' success.Tactfully resolve escalated issues that could arise from operations and require coordination with other departments.Identify and assess risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that may be required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
