This individual will be responsible for the SAP transactions related to the production of finished goods produced by the 3PO copacker sites. Main Responsibilities:Creates standard costing and production version models for finished goods within SAP.Creates bill of materials for finished goods including linking of labor cycles in SAP.Inputs material specifications provided by the package development team into the material master.Inputs specific copacker MRP data into SAP.Ensures accurate and complete enterprise data and data quality within the material master s key systems.Append weekly updated production dates and volumes into a finished good tracker.Track the various stages of finished good setup in SAP.Collects data and necessary information for Packaging Instruction (PI) documentation.Creates PI documentation package for 3PO copacker sites.Works closely with copack site management team and 3PO copackers to make any changes / revisions to issued PIs.Creates and collects necessary documentation for quotations (RFQ) for 3PO copackers.Identifies any data misalignments and monitors / troubleshoot material master data issues and discrepancies across the board.Works closely with our 3PO copackers to identify issues that can delay production start timing.Attend weekly cross functional and timeline meetings and communicate any timing red flags to the team.Works with cross functional teams such as Production Planning, PFM s, Marketing Operations, DPU, DPM, Brand to support new projects launches.Execute various projects assigned by upper management. Perform data extracts, mining and report generation as needed.Who we are looking for:2-3 years of experienceSystems: Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, APO, Wave, CAPEStrong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.Broad knowledge of business processes.Ability to set priorities.Strong problem solving skills.Expert in data analysis including extraction, manipulations, and metrics / reporting.This person will be expected to go into the Parsippany office once a week.
