Industrial Engineer/Business Analysis ManagerPurpose and Scope: We are looking for and Industrial Engineer/Business Analysis Manager to join our Value Added division here at JBS in Greeley, CO This person will act as a business partner between the corporate teams and plant operations teams to roll out cost savings projects. This person plays a pivotal role in the overall success of our seven Value Added facilities across the US.Responsibilities:Participates in the initiation phase of new production lines to assist in design for cost effective manufacturing, layout, labor, and efficiencies.Prepare detailed layouts of plant facilities to optimize utilization and product flowPerform motion studies to support operations on crewing needs and to stablish standards.Measure variances to standards, identifies out of control variances, investigates root causes and suggests solutions.Investigate, and install mosteffective methods of manufacturing to keep company at competitive edge.Drive the use of processes throughout the business. Be a lead in process map training and drive the culture of continuous improvement.Assist in financial planning and cost analysis.(Labor reporting, cost to produce and payback analysis).Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Business Intelligence solutionsGenerate routine (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting of business operational performance in the most efficient manner possibleCollaborate with JBS IT while designing new reporting solutions, automating current reporting solutions or trouble shooting report issuesResolve labor issues relative to RE/Workload management with legal department, and UFCW.Educates plant personnel on workmeasurements and assists corporate with labor initiatives.Update and maintain EASE standards and video server.Frequent communication with senior team members concerning status of labor efficiency and projectsOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering field2-3 years of experience in IE or similar fieldExperience working in a production facility; preferably within food manufacturing companyStrong organization, problem solving and project management skillsSelf motivated, able to initiate conversations with cross-functional team membersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliar with MS apps, advanced in excelAble to travel 30% to multiple Value Added facilitiesCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $101,000-110,000; Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
