Leading property management companies in the Nordics UK and US have already joined forces to form Odevo and over the last 4 years Odevo revenues have grown 30 fold has grown to become a leading international player. Our ambition is to continue to grow rapidly organically and by attracting additional companies to join us in both existing and new markets.

We deliver our property management services with custom developed software to simplify living and make life easier for property owners association boards residents and very importantly our own property management professionals. We make complex topics such as managing property finances and the daily maintenance of buildings easy and we automate timeconsuming everyday tasks so people can spend more time on things that they really enjoy.

About the role

You will be working in an entrepreneurial environment in a rapidly growing group where new companies join frequently. To succeed you are open and sociable and enjoy working at a high pace in a dynamic organization.

Our growing Association Management Company in our fastpaced Charlotte NC location needs a Community Manager to join our team You will serve as one of the most visible members of our team and the ideal candidate must enjoy talking to people and proactively solving issues. As a Community Manager you would be responsible for interacting with the HOA Board of Directors for a portfolio of several communities. You would serve as the Boards daytoday liaison between the community members vendors and contractors.

  • Regular inspections of common area amenities
  • Assisting with rule enforcement
  • Coordinating community vendors
  • Organizing and running the Board meetings Annual community meetings and Board elections.

Experience

Most importantly you share our values and feel excited about our journey. However to succeed in this role we believe that you have experience within:

  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Exceptional verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office primarily Word Excel and Outlook
  • 1 2 years in the HOA Management field is strongly preferred however extensive customer service skills acquired through callcenter restaurant retail experience or similar field(s) working directly with clients is highly considered
  • Able to read financial statements and prepare budgets
  • Able to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check and have reliable transportation
  • Full inhouse training to be provided
  • Valid Drivers License required.
