ALP’s goal is to work with their patients to achieve the best possible outcome… PROGRESS The Associate Clinical Director is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of regional operations that are related to providing treatment to children with special needs. The Associate/Clinical Director position will be a combination of remote support as well as onsite support at the assigned regional clinic/office location. set and implement annual budget goals either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Oversee purchasing as needed.-Manage all clinical facilities, ensuring required documentation, licensure, equipment and safety is maintained across all facility locations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Ensure inter-office communication across all locations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Ensure inter-departmental communication across all locations and the support center either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Communicate business development and operations information to corporate executive team either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Maintain funding agency relationships either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Oversee management of employees at all levels either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Develop and implement actions to ensure positive employee relations either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Coordinate with support center departments including HR, billing, contracts/credentialing, accounting, etc. to address needs and meet goals either independently or in collaboration with their regional Executive Director.-Other duties as assigned.Skills and Abilities-Strong clinical background and ability to lead clinical quality initiatives.-Effective at guiding and motivating clinical staff, setting regional goals, and implementing strategies to achieve them.-Skilled at fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and developing staff skills and competencies.-Skilled at managing budgets and resources.-Knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting clinical delivery.-Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.-Effective at problem-solving and quick decision-making.-Proficient in using data to monitor outcomes, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.-Skilled in resolving conflicts among staff and/or clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.-Has the capacity to manage critical situations and emergencies effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and clients.-Possesses the ability to adapt to changing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and progressive.-Has a focus on client satisfaction and strives for continuous improvement.Qualifications-Active BCBA Certification required-Active LBA Certification as issued by the TX Dept of Licensing & Regulation required-At least 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management-Experience working in behavioral healthcare or related industry-Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field requiredAutism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.At Autism Learning Partners, we understand that culture is the foundation of who we are as a company and how we serve our clients, families, and employees.
