Here, you will make an impact by:Promoting and supporting positive labor relations with union leadership and employeesLeading the site grievance process, contract negotiations, and arbitrations on behalf of the companyInterpreting and applying rules and past practice to be compliant with CBA provisions while meeting the needs of the businessGuiding the facilitation of performance management and conflict resolution through consultation and coaching of leaders and employeesCollaborating with leaders and functional partners in the development and implementation of key human resources initiativesContributing to other HR related activities and projectsYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentANDHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (11) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:One (1) or more years of supervisor experienceFive (5) or more years of labor relations experienceTwo (2) or more years of experience leading or supporting the union grievance process, contract negotiations, and arbitrationsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master’s degree or higher in a human resources fieldPossess expertise equivalent to that which is needed to obtain SPHR or PHR certificationHuman resources experience in a manufacturing environmentWork location: Onsite - Meriden, CTTravel: May include up to 5% domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
