The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.What qualifications you will need:Bachelor's Degree of Nursing requiredCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice or other approved compact state required3-5 years experience in surgical services or related field required3 years of supervisory or management experience requiredBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateAdvanced Cardiac Life Support preferredWhat you will do in this role:Serve as liaison between staff and administrative personnel. Work cohesively with Director to develop standards and procedures for providing care and improve quality. Investigate, resolve, and document resolution of complaints or incidents concerning patients.
