This includes identifying and tracking trends in accessorial charges that can be used by the Customer Excellence Team to improve performance and efficiency across the supply chain. Acts as lead for Operations on any outside sourcing lanes to include scheduling for MF and Brokerage. Utilizes the customer s transportation management system to assign pick-up and delivery appointments that meet on-time delivery and on-time pick-up requirements outlined by the customer and ensures transportation management system is accurately updated. Serve as floater/vacation coverage of Coordinator I role as needed, including load creation and coordination of manual loads as outlined by the customer. Manages, generates and distributes track and trace reports daily as required to Coordinator I position for closing/tracking/tracing to include management of Niagara track/trace duties.
