This is an exciting time to join our team as we evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our consumers and customers to unlock sources of growth.This position will support activities related to managing the Buns & Rolls portfolio, packaging design, communication efforts, consumer research, cross-functional project leadership, and other ad hoc needs like presentation prep, asset management, data collection, analysis, and more.Key Job Responsibilities:
Become the subject matter expert for key data resources including, but not limited to: Circana/IRI, Margin Miner, and other syndicated databases.
Conduct data analysis of business results and recommend appropriate courses of action. Monitor KPIs and provide in-depth analysis to determine opportunities for growth.
Provide relevant reports, gather key competitive intelligence, distill key learnings, develop recommendations, and report findings to team.
Responsible for maintenance of current product portfolio, including item system updates, sales communication materials, and project management initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams for minor product updates like recipe and packaging changes, including project management tasks in project management system.
Support the development of new items/ flavors including ideation through commercialization..
Support the brand team with any other ad hoc requests for data, assets, slides, etc.
Manage sample requests, sales team requests, and budget invoicing on behalf of the Buns & Rolls brand team
Support the Marketing Director and Brand Manager across daily brand activities.
Support team in annual planning process and inter-agency teams.Key Behavioral Competencies: Self starter, ability to work independently in a remote settingAbility and comfort pulling and analyzing data with minimal direction. Experience with Circana/Nielsen, internal sales systems, and other syndicated databases a must have.Ability to manage and work individually and across a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals including brand marketing, the marketing center of excellence, RGM, sales, R&D, supply chain, finance, and external agencies.Driven by curiosity and a growth mindset.
Attention to detail and an eye for creative / aesthetics.
The ability to develop and complete a series of goals and tactics with minimal supervision.
Must feel comfortable with public speaking and capable of creating and developing presentations.
A desire to learn the principles of marketing and brand management. Education and Work History: Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field. A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.1-3 years of experience. Experience with syndicated and/or market research & consumer data required
