Job Summary:

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager Assistant to support the Category Leader and Sr. Marketing Manager/Director in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs for Category brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in managing brands and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall management of the brand, including developing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Lead the business planning process with the Category team to achieve performance objectives of sales, customer profitability, and key shopper metrics.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and manage sku forecast processes.
  • Collaborate with the Category Team in the development and execution of integrated business plans to achieve growth goals.
  • Maintain brand-relevant collaborative information portals and develop brand selling decks for use in customer meetings, internal reviews, trade shows, etc.
  • Lead/assist in the Collaborative Business Planning process and work closely with Business Enablement to analyze, recommend, implement, and control actions to help achieve business plan objectives.
  • Manage assigned brand budgets and present new product development status, go/no-go at key stage gates of the New Product Development Meeting.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Marketing or Business, MBA in Business is a plus.
  • Four to five years of marketing or product management experience in CPG (OTC preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines.
  • Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments.
  • Strategic, passionate, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, creative, and a leader.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles.
  • Willing to roll-up their sleeves.
  • Travel required - up to 10%.
