Front Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor and Call Management: Greet all visitors, manage their check-in process, and handle a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency.
- Facility and Employee Support: Coordinate conference room bookings, assist with IT tickets, manage office moves, and ensure all facilities are well-maintained. Provide support for onboarding processes and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain check-in systems, issue Wi-Fi credentials, assist with Service Awards, and support business continuity management.
- Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report violations. Follow ISO and FDA quality system requirements to maintain a high standard of operations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in administrative or office support roles, ideally in high-traffic environments.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, SharePoint, and multi-line phone systems. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attributes: Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a flexible mindset to manage a variety of responsibilities.
