Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Tree House Brewing Company in Charlton, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, policy creation and maintenance, performance management, benefit administration, and employee relations. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop long-term talent strategies.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Posting job openings on various platforms, including internal and external websites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners
- Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees across multiple locations
- Working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements
- Benefit Administration:
- Leading annual benefits enrollment processes for designated working locations
- Discussing benefit options with new hires and administering all necessary paperwork
- Employee Relations:
- Providing support to employees on HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, conflict resolution, and benefits
- Promptly resolving any issues that may arise
- Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintaining accurate records and files
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- In-depth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures
- Familiarity with state and federal employment laws
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (ClearCompany and Paylocity are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously with a results-driven approach
- A quick learner who can work with minimal supervision
