Sr. Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support and resolve technical issues escalated from the Service Desk
- Provide leadership to the Service Desk Analysts and Specialists both on projects as well as day-to-day support activities
- Establish strong working relationships and understanding between the Service Desk and other Global IT support teams.
- Lead project implementations, collaborate with Global IT teams, and provide guidance to junior team members
- Develop and maintain knowledge of support procedures, business area processes, and IT systems
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience, with a focus on technical support
- Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Apple OS, Active Directory, MS Office Suite, ticketing systems, call center, mobile devices and anti-virus/spyware.
- Advanced knowledge of desktops and laptop hardware.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., work in constrained areas, and travel occasionally
