Responsibilities : Supports daily contact center operational needs, agent onboarding and training to ensure highest service standards and adherence to SOPs. Analyzes consumer feedback for trends and insights, proactively potential questions and concerns through analytics and social listening; develops summary and presents to cross-functional partners (e.g. Quality, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory) to facilitate corrective actions. Develops and maintains Knowledge Base by creating and updating job aids, developing product information sheets, and FAQs used by the contact center.Executes system administration tasks for Consumer Affairs systems.Prepares consumer response templates that are accurate, relevant, and empathetic.Assists and resolves escalated consumer contacts as a back up to Contact Center Leadership Team.Drafts and sends domestic and international Quality Assurance investigation letters to consumers and customers. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications : Education: AA or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Emphasis in nutrition and/or the life sciences highly desirable.Certification: None.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of consumer contact experience required.Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Effective oral and written communication skills.Competent knowledge of nutrition and dietary supplements preferred and ability to effectively communicate and convey information to all levels of inquiries.Strong analytical and organization skills.Physical Requirements:

Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
