Industry-leader looking for a Regional VP Sales. Our client is a 3PL logistics company that was founded in 1989 in the greater Chicago area, initially to provide rail transloading service to the building services industry. They have grown since then with number of locations in the suburban Chicago area. The company now serves many industries including building materials, automotive, food & beverage, consumer goods, medical devices and industrial products. Their depth of experience and management team allows them to meet the demands of their customers. They understand the evolving nature of supply chain and the need for efficient distribution and fulfillment operations and our committed to providing the 3PL strategy to meet their customers supply chain needs. The RVP Sales role will be responsible for driving strategic growth for the company. This role will require the person to have a unique blend of strategic vision, continuous improvement, operational excellence and sales acumen to optimize logistics solutions and achieve revenue and EBIDTA targets. The primary focus of the role will be to develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy that delivers year over year revenue and EBIDTA targets. They will identify market opportunities and collaborate with executive leadership to align strategies with platform goals and objectives. They will lead a sales team and give them the support needed to meet revenue targets. They will develop and manage the regional budget and ensure alignment with financial target and profitability goals. They will build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, understanding their evolving sales and service requirements. This person will report to the Sr Vice-President of Sales. Our client is a looking for a top performer with a proven track record. ? Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience ? Multiple years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within a 3PL operation ? Strong understanding of sales, logistics, supply chain management and distribution operations ? Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills This is an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing company.
