Do What's Right by acting safely, ethically, and sustainablyA Day in the Life:Actively support Bunge s efforts to profitably grow with Key Accounts by working closely with the NA Key Account team to provide ongoing day to day account support. This position, when executed successfully, is expected to help in achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and partner cross-functionally (sales, customer service, marketing, supply chain, sales operations and credit) in fulfilling customer needs and facilitating industry leading account management activity. What You'll Be Doing:
Be a catalyst for the change required to meet Bunge s strategic objectives.
Work as an integral member of the Sales Operations team by providing routine and ad-hoc support to the North America Key Account Team.
Work closely with Key Account sales team, customer service, contracting, pricing, and product management to facilitate execution of day-to-day routine customer facing activities including price quotations, contract management, sample coordination, customer set up, performance dashboard, account planning, and other requests as needed by the KA team.
Coordinate and support the team inputs into salesforce.com and forecasting / IBP
Work closely with customer service in problem solving service issues
Partner cross-functionally (sales, customer service, marketing, supply chain, sale operations and credit) in fulfilling customer needs
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededSkills/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field preferred; 2+ years of customer service, sales, or other relevant experience required,
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
Strong proficiency in office productivity software and salesforce.com
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, senior management, peers, and subordinates
