You will work with your direct supervisor and/or a mentor to set appropriate goals and design a plan to help you make consistent progress. We offer: Dedicated professional development time Flexible time off Education reimbursement and student loan forgiveness Competitive health benefits Dependent and/or Medical Flexible Spending Plans and much more... Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:  Deep understanding of or subject-matter expertise in open-source research techniques, social media exploitation, and social network analysis using managed attributionAble to conduct pattern of life analysis and make analytical judgement calls based on PAI and other sourcing and reportingAdept at researching published reporting, viewing imagery, and applying open-source methodologies to resolve intelligence gapsAble to understand and apply multiple intelligence disciplines when crafting finished products or briefingsApply knowledge and experience using open-source research methodologies and obfuscation techniques when analyzing foreign technical publications, websites, foreign government publications and other data sets and resolve critical intelligence gaps. Conduct outreach to community experts and mission partners to maintain awareness of community activities impacting AOIs  Create finished open-source intelligence reports (OSIRs) and briefings based on exploratory findings in accordance with division SOP and agency standards Perform peer-to-peer quality review of intelligence reports and provide constructive feedback Share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring   Minimum Requirements:  Active TS/SCI clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI polygraph 8 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of open-source analysis experienceBachelor’s DegreeExperience conveying complex information clearly and concisely both orally and in writingAble to engage successfully in QA/QC process, to include constructive criticism and feedback, with tech editors and dissemination officersComprehensive understanding of internet protocols, common ports, domain name servers (DNS), virtual private networks (VPNs), and managed attribution.Experience with managed attribution internet systems and obfuscation tradecraft.Must be a highly motivated, self-driven team player who can interact well with others and advise/consult with other team members and customers on intelligence collection and analysis issues. Preferred Skills:  Subject matter expertise in one or more additional disciplines (e.g., finance, network security, INT (SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT) and/or and able to apply a multi-INT approach to analysisComprehensive understanding of various collection disciplines, collection platforms and capabilities Advanced understanding of user agent strings and metadata associated with computer-to-computer communications.Understanding and expertise in location-based analysis using multi-INT data sourcesExperience utilizing advanced mapping analysis tools, such as ArcPro, to develop interactive WebMaps and storyboardsPossess the technical skill, knowledge, and experience to work with minimal oversight Previous experience working a hard target mission In support of pay transparency at Maxar, we disclose salary ranges on all of our U.S. job postings. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:$94,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, health and welfare insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
