Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Product Marketing Specialist – Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development cycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.Define and prioritize functional requirements for product enhancements, optimizations, and bug fixes that support Customer Success objectives.Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements and issues, ensuring alignment with business goals and user feedback.Serve as the main resource for all project-related activities, particularly related to Salesforce enhancements and bug resolution.Develop, set up, and oversee Customer Success campaigns and survey initiatives, tracking engagement and response metrics.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely updates to contact records in Salesforce.Liaise with administrators of integrated applications and AI systems by documenting functional requirements and coordinating cross-functional testing.Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, tracking metrics such as survey participation, campaign membership, and customer engagement.Develop training materials and facilitate sessions to promote best practices and ensure successful adoption across teams.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of marketing experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 9 years of marketing experience Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, particularly in customer success or client-facing environments.Familiarity with using and/or or building a Gainsight like platformStrong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing.Familiarity with using various survey management tools (ie Qualtrics, Medalia, SFDC etc)Familiarity with Customer Success processes, CRM applications, and data management best practices.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.Strong analytical and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Work location: Remote - USTravel: May include up to (15% Domestic/International)Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
