shares responsibility for the analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, implementation, training, maintenance and production support of software applications in support of our Supply Chain Planning business partners. This involves collaboration in a team environment with business, technical development staff, external contractors and management . The individual must be a motivated self-driven team player who engages well with others, both technical & functional, is an excellent communicator and is results focused.
Key Responsibilities : Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Deliver support and create solutions for new and existing IT business application systems including Kinaxis RapidResponse , PlanetTogether and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.Work in partnership with both business partners and technical staff to execute the software development life cycle including planning, requirements gathering, software selection, design, implementation, testing and training.Project Management & SDLC documentation.Actively maintain effective communication within the IT & business team s .Continually update business & technical knowledge and skills.Work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.Accept personal responsibility for the quality, timeliness & budget impact of work assigned and assume ownership of the results.Execute production support (root cause analysis & issue remediation) for our Supply Chain Planning solutions.
