Job Overview:

Our organization is in search of a Supply Chain Delivery Lead who will be responsible for the seamless integration of web applications with ERP or Order Management systems, utilizing platforms such as Informatica or MuleSoft. This position encompasses overseeing the complete software development lifecycle, from the initial requirements gathering to the final deployment, while ensuring adherence to software development protocols and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Delivery Lead, the candidate must possess proven experience in managing System Integration projects, specifically web applications interfacing with ERP or Order Management systems through middleware tools like Informatica or MuleSoft.
  • Contribute actively to the development of the Order Management product across all software development phases, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Engage in constructive discussions with business teams, Business System Analysts, Developers, and testers to ensure maximum value delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as requirement prioritization, Sprint/Release planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps or Jira for tracking user stories, development tasks, testing assignments, and bugs, while maintaining current dashboards for the Sprint.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with software development processes, including requirement reviews, design reviews, code reviews, test case reviews, and documentation creation.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on team progress effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships between the Product team and business stakeholders, as well as other external teams.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, while being a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust, manage matrixed teams, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities that may evolve based on the needs of the Product team.
