What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize patient flow and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
Assist patients with insurance-related questions, claims, and verification processes.
Liaise with insurance companies to resolve issues and facilitate smooth billing operations.

What We're Looking For:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A friendly, outgoing personality that puts patients at ease.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software.
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is a plus.
Strong understanding of insurance processes, including claims, verification, and billing.
