We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Service Representative with our client in Panama City Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be working within the healthcare industry, primarily handling patient access and customer service duties.


Responsibilities:

• Managing patient access, ensuring patients can avail of the necessary services

• Providing top-notch customer service, resolving any inquiries that come your way

• Handling inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all patient queries are answered

• Utilizing Epic software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes

• Verifying insurance details to ensure the accuracy of patient information

• Assisting with authorizations, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed

• Managing the medical front desk, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment

• Possess strong skills in answering inbound calls, efficiently handling patient inquiries and concerns

• Demonstrated experience in authorizations, able to manage and oversee patient permissions and consent

• Proficient in-patient access, ensuring seamless communication and accessibility between patients and healthcare providers

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with patients, understand their needs and provide helpful solutions

• Familiarity with Epic Software, capable of using it for managing patient records and scheduling appointments
