The Sr. Director Marketing Operations is responsible for establishing the Marketing Platform roadmap with T-Mobile Business Group (TBG) that ensures T-Mobile for Business customers are receiving a sophisticated and targeted marketing experience based on new tools and platforms being developed across T-Mobile. The role is also key in ensuring adoption of automated processes to manage the customer marketing experience and customer journey, including an expanded digital customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evolve core T-Mobile Marketing Platforms to address changing business and public sector customer needs; Develop a 3+-year roadmap of marketing and digital platform updates needed to support business and public sector customers in evolution with core marketing, digital and billing platform changes being contemplated (responsible for strategic planning through execution).
  • Identify and set the campaign execution platform strategy for Acquisition and Base customers by segment (Micro/SMB/Mid-Markets/Enterprise/Strategic/Public Sector).
  • Manage and evolve the marketing leads capture process to ensure fidelity, data integrity and reporting and feedback mechanism for leads disposition.
  • Evolve the digital customer platforms to align with updated Marketing Platforms in order to drive growth and hit revenue targets; develop a 3-5 yr strategic roadmap of new digital capabilities for business and public sector customers.


Education:
  • Master's/Advanced Degree MBA, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience


Work Experience:
  • Building high performing teams and talent.
  • Developing and executing strategies/programs that drive growth.
  • Demonstrating innovation and problem solving.
  • Understands and prioritizes trade-offs.
  • Accountability for driving key business targets.
  • Prior Director plus level experience preferred.

Base Pay Range: $210,600 - $285,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 35%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
