Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a Field Technician with expertise in troubleshooting Dell laptop and desktop PCs.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with end-users to resolve technical issues and provide updates to management as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Dell laptops and desktops.
  • Collaborate with end-users to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide regular updates to management on issue resolution progress.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on site.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Desktop, Troubleshoot, Break-Fix
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficient in hardware break-fix troubleshooting.
  • Experience in software installation and configuration.
  • Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Overtime and on-call availability required
  • Experience and Education:
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications: A+, Dell, Lenovo (Mac certification is a plus).
  • Driving Requirement:
  • Yes, travel between multiple locations is necessary.
