Description

We are in the service industry, situated in WESTLAKE, Ohio, United States, and are currently looking for a Project Manager Simplicity Rx to join our team. The Project Manager Simplicity Rx will be responsible for managing assigned projects, guiding teams using project management standards, and implementing Scrum/Agile processes and methodologies. The role also involves overseeing the delivery and quality of project artifacts, managing resource and cost estimates, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop project plans for assigned projects and initiatives
Implement Scrum/Agile processes and methodologies and work towards their continuous improvement
Manage the delivery and quality of project artifacts and documentation
Implement projects within the set deadlines and budget
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization including both technical and non-technical resources
Monitor day-to-day project tasks and ensure teams' progress against established objectives, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Anticipate and eliminate barriers/risks to project success
Create, utilize, and review documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional service and ensuring communication of the project plan to the necessary stakeholders
Facilitate status meetings and communication with project team and stakeholders to ensure project is moving forward in a manner consistent with the project plan
Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, communication, and presentations
Identify and implement opportunities for improvements and escalate issues for resolution as needed
Develop a deep understanding of various business products, processes, applications, and technology platforms and effectively communicate the same.

Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies
Demonstrated skills in Change Management
Extensive experience in Project Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in using project management software and tools
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
