Responsibilities
• Develop project plans for assigned projects and initiatives
• Implement Scrum/Agile processes and methodologies and work towards their continuous improvement
• Manage the delivery and quality of project artifacts and documentation
• Implement projects within the set deadlines and budget
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization including both technical and non-technical resources
• Monitor day-to-day project tasks and ensure teams' progress against established objectives, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Anticipate and eliminate barriers/risks to project success
• Create, utilize, and review documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional service and ensuring communication of the project plan to the necessary stakeholders
