Function Subject Matter Expert in Procurement Data Standards

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with EDA/WAWF and PIEE data or core feeder systems.
  • Experience with at least one major General Ledger system.
  • P2P Process experience:
    • Experience within one of the aforementioned systems or major contract writing systems.
    • Knowledge of Federal accounting practices.
    • Familiarity with FMR and DFARs.

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor s degree or higher.

Major Duties/Tasks:

  • Identify new data sources or updates to existing data feeds, and required changes to the Common Data Model for better data integration between FM and Procurement data.
  • Gather and record requirements from users by meeting with stakeholders to create tools for FM and procurement stakeholders, develop a backlog, and prioritize implementing requirements.
  • Work with Data Engineers to set up gold tables to feed applications, identify business rules, and validate data requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement and FM community users to identify additional requirements and applications, and regularly groom the backlog based on CDAO guidance.
  • Work with additional functional areas within the Advana community to leverage procurement data outside of FM and Procurement communities.
