As an Oracle Cloud Program Coordinator, your responsibilities would specifically revolve around managing projects that involve Oracle Cloud solutions. Here are some key aspects of the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Developing project plans tailored to Oracle Cloud implementations or migrations. This includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinating communication and expectations between various stakeholders including clients, project team members, Oracle consultants, and other relevant parties.
  • Having a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud products and services such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.), Oracle Database Cloud Service, and other Oracle PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings.
  • Assisting in the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines. This might involve working closely with technical teams for configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Identifying potential risks and issues related to Oracle Cloud projects and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensuring that Oracle Cloud solutions meet quality standards and align with client requirements through thorough testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
  • Maintaining project documentation, status reports, and other relevant records to track progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Providing support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Oracle Cloud solutions post-implementation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
