Summary of responsibilities:

  • Manage responsibilities and goals and for the AP team and provide supervision
  • Document, maintain, and enforce AP policies and procedures
  • Identify areas for improved efficiency and propose process changes
  • Implement invoice review workflow
  • Implement credit card receipt reporting workflow
  • Prepare and report escheat property
  • Manage the 1099 reporting
  • Provide coverage in all areas of AP as needed
  • Other AP duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
  • 5 years of related accounting experience in a mid to large company, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Law Firm experience required
  • Aderant experience preferred, Elite 3E will be considered
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and follow up on open projects
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with people at all organizational levels
  • Remote in PA with occasional travel to office in King of Prussia

Pay range: $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience
