Business Development Center Representative- (BDC) Inside Sales

Acuative has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Business Development Representative (IBDR) to support our mid-market enterprise clients. Acuative is a global IT Managed Services provider that offers a great team environment with excellent benefits and much opportunity for growth and advancement.

In this role you will engage with clients, develop relationships, generate new revenue streams while ensuring a high retention rates for Acuative’s clients. The IBMR will also manage account changes, quoting, client questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As an IBDR, your responsibilities will include:
Develop relationships with existing customers and look for opportunities to grow the business within those accounts
  • Manage calls/emails from existing clients related to current service
    1. Answer billing questions
    2. Handle escalations and work with appropriate teams for resolution
    3. Follow up on escalations and make sure they are being handled by the proper department
    4. Manage change of service and/or service upgrade requests
  • Pro-actively reach out to existing customers to check in/discuss upcoming renewals and projects
  • Ensure effective service delivery to accounts
  • Provide status and inquiry responses back to clients when requested
  • Keep up with timely communication both internal and external

  • Experience with MS Office a plus
