Job Description
Must be able to integrate cable and equipment into racks, ability to read and understand drawings, travel to different jobsites and troubleshoot any problems that occur with Lead oversight.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support as needed to the PM and Project Leads
  • Update data and files on Share Point site and internal files
  • Exemplifies high ethics and values, and work as part of a team
  • Assembling or installing equipment or parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, or connecting.
  • Video Wall installation
  • Fiber and copper backbone installation on a customer site.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to receive and maintain a clearance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 1 year experience terminated CATS 5/6 cable
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools (drills, saws, portaband) and use a Fluke multimeter
  • 1 year or more of practical Engineering Technician experience enabling the execution of the duties listed in the responsibilities and also laboratory testing, manufacturing, or maintenance
  • Able to use MS Excel
  • Self-starter/motivated individual as the person at times will be working independently
  • Ability to work within a flexible team environment with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with all levels of project support staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task among several projects while being detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, as well as establish and maintain a strong customer focused working relationship.
