As a leading healthcare provider, Quality Talent Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are currently looking for a Surgical Technician I to join our surgical team.

Position Overview:
The Surgical Technician I plays a vital role in the operating room, assisting the surgical team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and maintaining a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
  • Assisting in the setup of surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Scrubbing in on various surgical procedures to support the surgical team.

Key Responsibilities:
The Surgical Technician I will:
  • Ensure the availability of necessary instruments and supplies for surgical operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the surgical area.
  • Follow established protocols to support patient safety and care.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program or equivalent military experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from a recognized provider.

Experience:
While certification is not required, candidates with six to twelve months of experience as a Surgical Technologist are preferred.
