Job Description: As a Dealership Cashier and BDC (Business Development Center) Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer transactions, answering phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing general administrative support to the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries
  • Process customer payments
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the service and sales departments
  • Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Assist with customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and a team player
