Door-to-Door D2D Sales Manager - Roofing Major League Roofing, nominated by the Dallas Morning News as the best roofer in DFW, is looking to add a key player to our field management team. We need an energetic leader with the experience and skills necessary to build and manage a successful door-to-door D2D field canvassing sales team. This is a full-time position that has uncapped income with weekly pay, direct and override commissions, and performance bonuses. Job Description: Recruit and train new sales representatives on how to effectively communicate with customers, inspect roofs, close jobs, understand insurance documents, and manage projects Organize, manage, and assist the canvassing team with knocking doors Assist team in selling and managing projects Maintain sales team results and prepare detailed reports Create leads and sell roofs Job Requirements: Able to teach how to inspect and sell roofs Proficient in the insurance claims process Great communication and organization skills Energy and enthusiasm Major League Roofing is a growing multi-million dollar company and is a member in good standing with the National Roofing Contractors Association, licensed by the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, and also holds numerous other prestigious certifications and memberships.
