Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will support all global sales efforts with a focus on the North American market. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales this role will own all planning and analysis for key retail partners. Strong analytic skills and a keen eye for detail are required for the role.


Role Responsibilities:

· Point person for North American retail administration (ULTA, Sephora US and Canada): capture and manage all retailer needs, update weekly retail sell out reporting and side by side calendars, schedule and attend all meetings following up with notes and action points.

· Work closely with assigned accounts to identify and manage business-building opportunities to ensure achievement of sales and comp door growth objectives.

· Global management of wholesale open to buy forecasting: work with key North American retailers and BondiBoost regional partners to report wholesale revenue activity and projections to organization on a weekly basis.

· Weekly sales analysis by sku and location to identify business driving opportunities as well as risks to plan.

· Manage North American outsourced field team partnership, compiling weekly reporting, managing all collateral needs on a timely basis and partner with marketing on all education content.

· Audit online and instore merchandising across global accounts, working with marketing team to update assets and information as needed.

· Maintain vendor account set up, PDPs and new items plus assist with launch and management of new accounts, oversight of pure play and additional retail partners in region as they open.

· Visit locations, as needed, to ensure appropriate execution and representation of brand programming.

· Work closely with social and influencer teams to ensure strategies ladder up to retail strategies.

· Collaborate with internal team to continue to refine brand presence and differentiation across the globe.

· Experience within an omnichannel sales environment. Expertise driving demand through retail partners, experience with Sephora and/or ULTA a plus.

· Excellent business insights and financial acumen with demonstrated experience in:

· Analysis and reporting of retail data

· Sales forecasting

· Budget/P&L creation and ongoing management

· Marketing promotion and go to market strategy management

· Strong understanding retail financial reporting and analysis

· Experience in Beauty/Cosmetics industry, a background in driving brand sales strategies within the Luxury/Prestige products industry is highly valued
