Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Rebalancing parts between 3PL and regions for CSAT- 25%
o Work with supply chain re-balance parts to move inventory to 3PL
o Manage and maintain WW 3PL locations to support goal @ 95% lines with stock (LWS)
o Perform transactions accordingly to rebalance inventory.
• Entering routine sales orders and return material authorizations (RMA) orders - 10%
• Processing inquiries/requests from customers, ONTO Field Organization and branch offices which may or may not be routine in nature - 10%
• Provide quotations for price and availability of spare parts to customers and FSE's - 10%
• Provide service coordination with MFG. - 10%
o Sending requests for service parts to manufacturing for emergency shipments
o (Service Planning) When necessary, print pick list, pick parts, and provide parts and shipping details to shipping personnel
• Expedite and prioritize parts from manufacturing for emergency shipments - 10%
• Maintain/update Installation and service records databases - 5%
• Service Contract Administration - 10%
• Assist on special projects - 10%

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business or related field
• +3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in spares planning, customer service, logistics.
• Ability to work remotely and independently from corporate office.
