JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing hardware and software support as well as assistance to the organization both remotely and in-person. This role will be installing and configuring computer systems and software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and educating end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide in-person and remote technical support, troubleshoot and repair issues related to software, hardware, phones, email, network access, etc.
  • Perform moves, adds, changes, and maintenance activities for computers, telephones, and peripherals.
  • Installs new equipment and software for users as well as the replacement of end of life and non-functioning equipment.
  • Document support interactions with users, including details and steps performed to resolve issues.
  • Educate and train users with computer and software operations, peripherals, network usage, and best practices.
  • Create support procedures, technical reports, and update existing process documentation.
  • Maintain software and hardware library and assist with all software licensing compliance.
  • Assist with company initiatives and projects on an as needed basis within the IT Department.
GENERAL:
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop technical documentation outlining security workflow policies across USADA Departments.
  • Recommend necessary updates and revisions to USADA protocol and procedures as related to Information.
  • Support Technology Projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into the development and deployment of new USADA applications and systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Moderate proficiency in MS Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant experience working with executives and Systems Administrators to assist in auditing various systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Hands on experience with Asset Management systems.


Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) is recognized as the national anti-doping organization for Olympic, Paralympic, Pan American and Parapan American sport in the United States. The recognition tasks USADA with drug-testing and results management responsibilities for these athletes, however USADA is equally dedicated to preserving the integrity of sport through research initiatives and educational programs that inspire a commitment to true sport in the next generation of athletes.

Internationally, USADA is at the forefront of the anti-doping movement, considered the gold standard in many areas of anti-doping program management. In addition, our employees are held to the same high standards exhibited by athletes who fully embrace true sport: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Responsibility, and Courage.

Employees at USADA hold positions in areas including: sport testing, elite-athlete education, drug reference resources, science & research, legal affairs, outreach education (TrueSport), communications, business affairs & finance, and information technology. USADA additionally employs approximately 50 doping control officers stationed throughout the country responsible for collecting athletes' samples.

USADA's office is located near the Rocky Mountain foothills of northwest Colorado Springs, Colorado, a city that is home to the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and numerous Olympic and Paralympic sport national governing bodies.
