Account Service Coordinator Location: Must be within 50 miles of Costa Mesa, CA; Position is hybrid with both office and remote expectations. The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. How you will make an impact: Interprets and supports plan benefit design. Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues. Makes routine account visits. Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Sales license may be required. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $61,364 to $92,046. Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
