Requirements:
  • Active New York State license as a Physician Assistant free from any restrictions
  • Experienced, or newly graduated, Physician Assistant, with a strong desire to develop expertise in a subspecialty
  • Solid understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Broad knowledge of common and specialty medications, side effects, and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medical standard methodologies
  • Respect for patient's confidentiality
Additional benefits of this role:

  • No on call requirement (for this clinic)
  • No weekends
  • Support staff structure (access to dedicated Clinic Director, reception, medical assistants, checkout, billing, prior authorization, rooming and more)
  • CME Allowance (provided annually)
  • Additional education opportunities including APP Rounds (free CME hours), periodic EMR/Coding/Billing reviews with a dedicated team, and more
Compensation:
  • The compensation rates noted on postings is the base salary
  • Most candidates will start within the first quartile of the range and rates are based on experience
  • New graduates typically start at $95-100K base salary
  • Advanced Practice Providers may receive semi-annual bonuses (if eligible)
