As a Residential Roofing Outside Sales Representative, you will educate and inform homeowners about storm damage as it relates to roofing, siding, and gutter projects, while offering cost-effective solutions to protect their homes. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, identifying, and closing new sales opportunities, managing and maximizing your assigned territory, conducting property inspections, and maintaining constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including draw advancement, commission on approved sales, vehicle allowance, quarterly bonus, full insurance benefits, 401K with employer match, and more. If you have 2+ years of full cycle sales experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and dedication to personal career development, then we want to hear from you

  • Hunt for new sales opportunities and manage assigned territory
  • Conduct exterior property inspection and identify storm damage
  • Review scope of work summaries and sign contracts with homeowners
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on the property
  • Educate customers on industry products and policies
  • Maintain pipeline via CRM and attend weekly sales meetings
  • Must have reliable vehicle, smart phone, and valid driver's license
