Job Summary
The Growth Marketing team is looking for a talented, experienced Data Scientist to join our team. We work directly with cross functional teams to measure and monitor operational performance, conduct ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects. Our day-to-day work involves a data-rich environment, accessed by Python and SQL to lead exploration and understanding of our teams reach and capabilities. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter, with strong communication and presentation skills. Candidates should have an analytical mindset, able to set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Description
• Develop deep understanding of our services, including business model, data, strategies, and KPI’s
• Partner with cross functional teams to scope and design reporting/dashboards
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance
• Develop strategic recommendations
• Identify areas for process optimization
• Perform ad-hoc deep dive analytics
• Balance compelling priorities in ever-changing environment
• Build and present analysis to exec leadership
Key Qualifications
• Fluency in SQL and Python, experience with Tableau
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Expert in A/B testing best practices, design, and implementation
• Experience in Audience Targeting/ Customer Segmentation
• Interest in Organizational Services

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
