BS or BA degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field OR have 3+ years of previous experience in marketing coordination or similar role in a manufacturing environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensure seamless management of sales collateral by maintaining an up-to-date inventory, verifying accuracy, and overseeing the lifecycle of graphics, advertisements, literature, presentations, company newsletters, logos, safety tags, equipment manuals, promotional items, and other relevant content. Oversee creation and modification of both digital and printed collateral, including brochures, reprints, articles, internal training documents, and materials essential for the Sales Department or broader marketing initiatives. Ensure internal and external marketing materials align with company standards and objectives from conception to execution. Source and recommend strategic data insights to enhance sales and marketing initiatives. Actively seek out new digital content for application in PR, marketing, and product development to provide innovative ideas and insights. Stay abreast of industry trends through educational opportunities and trade publications, updating job knowledge to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive edge. Should have strong computer skills and a solid working knowledge or familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software (Acrobat DC, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM). Coordinate requirements, place orders, verify receipt of promotional materials and company-branded items and stock/distribute as required. Coordinate, plan, and attend meetings, events, and trade shows that Inductotherm attends by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, and developing and adhering to deadlines. Manage CRM data for marketing lists, ensuring accurate targeted campaigns. Maintain mailing lists and relevant data to support seamless event planning and effective marketing initiatives. Contribute to refining marketing materials through proofreading, editing, and formatting presentations as needed to enhance communication effectiveness. Collaborate independently and as a team player with colleagues and senior management on various marketing and business development projects. Demonstrate effective teamwork in meeting multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment. Coordinate and capture high-quality photos and videos for media and events as required. Coordinate profile and directory submissions for industry memberships and sponsorships. Manage third-party sponsorship agreements, including invoicing and processing of payments. Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to provide creative input, and express ideas clearly and persuasively. Demonstrate excellent time management by handling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and meeting deadlines under pressure. Exhibit strong organizational skills, completing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and adhering to deadlines. Demonstrate a proactive work ethic, exercising sound professional judgment. Show the ability to take initiative, make responsible decisions without direct supervision, and operate within the assigned scope of authority. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be regular in attendance. Must be able and willing to travel as required. Required to sit for extended periods of time; frequently traverse the building and use business equipment daily such as computers, copier, telephone, etc. Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling light weights up to 30 pounds.
